Jeff has served as Senior Pastor of Foundation Baptist Church since 2021. Jeff and wife Kristi have been happily married for 35 years and are the proud parents of two cats and two dogs. They love taking care of their flower garden and traveling to new places. Jeff has 25 years of ministry experience. His ministry experience includes supply pulpit preacher for the Southwest Baptist Association, youth ministry as well as Adult Bible study.

​Ronna Richardson is a dedicated educator at Genoa Elementary, where she is passionate about making a positive impact in the lives of her students. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor’s in Education and is on track to graduate in May 2026. Ronna is deeply committed to her faith and cherishes time spent with her family.  She is happily married and in her free time, she enjoys camping, reading, and finding peace and joy in God’s creation.

Joshua Crenshaw is a dedicated educator and youth minister with over 10 years' experience, and holds a Master’s Degree in Instruction and Curriculum. Residing in Nash, TX, since April 2019 with wife Suzanne and their children, River and Walker, they are also in the process of fostering two additional children, expanding their loving family. Both he and Suzanne are committed to special education within the Texarkana Independent School District. With a passion for mentoring the next generation, Joshua is devoted to sharing the gospel and making a difference, one soul at a time.

Cindy Fisher is a valued children's minister on our team. With a rich background in the educational field, she possesses a deep knowledge and enthusiasm for nurturing young minds. Her dedication to children's growth and development is reflected in her role as a loving mother to her wonderful daughter, Jaci.
